Tactical voting

Dorking and Horley

Our tactical voting recommendation in Dorking and Horley:
Vote Lib Dem

Why vote Lib Dem in Dorking and Horley?

Dorking and Horley is a newly drawn constituency in Surrey; the majority of it was previously in Mole Valley. Had it existed at the time of the 2019 general election, it would have been Conservative but with a substantial second-placed Liberal Democrat vote. The latest research shows a narrow Lib Dem lead. The polls indicate an upsurge of support for Labour to win the general election, but we think much of this will end up rallying behind the local Lib Dems as the most effective way of defeating the Conservatives.
