Leeds North West

Our tactical voting recommendation in Leeds North West:
Vote Labour

Why vote Labour in Leeds North West?

Leeds North West is a radically altered constituency in the boundary changes. Labour had a 13-point lead over the Conservatives in the May 2024 local elections, but voting in local and general elections often differs. Latest polling gives Labour a lead of about double that margin when people are thinking about the general election. The old version of Leeds North West had a Lib Dem history (2005-17) but the new version is not a target seat for the party, nor for the Greens. It may appear that seats like this are safe but given this is a notionally Tory seat, it is safest to vote tactically for Labour here.
