Tactical voting

Rugby

Our tactical voting recommendation in Rugby:
Vote Labour

Why vote Labour in Rugby?

Labour was narrowly ahead of the Conservatives in the May 2024 local elections in the constituency, and latest polling shows Labour with a significant lead over the Conservatives when people are thinking about the next general election. However, Reform UK are in third and the Conservatives will be hoping to close the gap by squeezing the Reform vote. This factor, and the fact that polls have tightened during campaigns before and been in error in some previous elections, means that a Labour win cannot be taken for granted and opponents of the government are urged to cast a tactical vote.
