Tactical voting

Walsall and Bloxwich

Our tactical voting recommendation in Walsall and Bloxwich:
Vote Labour

Why vote Labour in Walsall and Bloxwich?

Walsall and Bloxwich is a new constituency formed from parts of the old Walsall North and Walsall South constituencies. North was won by the Conservatives in 2017 and 2019, South was won by Labour and the new constituency would have had a small Conservative majority in 2019. It is Labour’s 19th target from the Conservatives, making it a must-win seat if the Tories are to lose their grip on power. Labour had a good lead over the Conservatives here but there are unpredictable factors in the seat including the potential for a Reform UK challenge. Voters who wish to ensure that the Conservatives lose power nationally are advised to make sure that their vote is cast effectively for Labour.
