Tactical voting

Worcester

Our tactical voting recommendation in Worcester:
Vote Labour

Why vote Labour in Worcester?

Worcester is a swing seat that Labour gained in 1997 (there was a lot of talk then about ‘Worcester Woman’ being the party’s target voter) but lost back to the Conservatives in 2010. It remains a competitive seat between the two parties; it is Labour’s 62nd target from the Conservatives, meaning that if the Tories lose Worcester and seats like it they cannot form a government. Neither the Lib Dems nor the Greens regard Worcester as a parliamentary target seat. Their supporters can cast an effective vote by voting tactically for Labour.
